GET TRAINING AND BE INDEPENDENT

The Government, through AICTE introduced the skill development initiatives, various initiatives, through new strategic framework for skill development to meet the demand for specific skills of a high order, a Public Private Partnership between Government and Industry is proposed to promote skills development program under the name “Skill India Initiative’.

One of those initiatives is ,“NATIONAL EMPLOYABILITY MISSION”, where student is given an opportunity to gain practical experience along with his/her education. We are supported with experienced professionals, who are running the operations effectively. Engaging our Trainees under Govt. Approved, scheme, will certainly turn beneficial to the organization. The training provided to these trainees will also be utilized in the same organization, and that’s how you can retain talent, retain expertise, which will give you the productivity and will give a good hands on experience to the trainees too. Notification issued by Govt. is the governing law for this scheme.

Scope needs to be mutually decided, which should include:
  1. Place the candidates searched by client,
  2. To search the new trainees, and place them,
  3. Complete screening activities
  4. Update the client with the same with documented facts
  5. Complete the recruitment process
  6. Engage trainees
  7. Complete documentation process.
  8. Pay the stipend timely as per the norms
  9. Maintain all the records
  10. Submit all the reports / returns as per regulation.
  11. Provide Trainings
  12. Maintain Training records.
  13. Submit the report thereof.

Commercials
  1. The stipend at the rate of min wages prescribed / or the rate above that, as decided, shall be paid to the trainees.
  2. Looking at the manpower availability and industry practice the rates shall be decided by the client.
  3. We will charge 12% of the stipend paid to each trainee, per month, as training / admin charges.
  4. Accommodation/Accommodation charge will be provided by the company.
  5. We will engage one supervisor in the ration of 1/50 trainees, and the supervisor cost will be charged from company.

Association
  1. Company may get associated with Us it will provide the best services.
  2. All the courses offered shall be in line with NSQF guidelines.
  3. The prompt responses to our clients will be ensured and followed.
  4. The zero defect salary processing will be ensured.
  5. Trainees will be supported well for all their routine things and their queries etc.
  6. Report will be framed mutually by us and by our organization which will be submitted on monthly basis or on designated periodicity.
  7. We will handle the entire things, operations and compliances in professional manner, client can be rest assured with us.
